My name is Alessia Grazia Di Maria and I am the recruitment manager at Intercarta.
My career path stems from a passion for words, people, and their stories. After graduating in Classics from the University of Palermo, I pursued a master’s degree in Modern Linguistics, exploring the value of communication as a tool for connection and understanding.
Over time, this passion transformed into a professional choice: I decided to dedicate myself to human resources, earning a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. From that moment, my goal became clear: to build a bridge between people and the right opportunities for them.
In my work, I guide each candidate through the recruitment process, listening, understanding, and valuing every single experience. I believe there’s so much more behind every resume: a story, potential, and a direction yet to be discovered.
